Mail+ for Outlook App Reviews

Had a few hiccups setting it up. My company had xxxx/userid for the username. One I identified that. It works like a charm. No crashes so far. Searching address book is great. Also love the threaded email feature it provides. My original access was just via webmail. So this version is a 10x improvement.

This is an excellent App for allowing me to have full access to multiple emails. I am an aviation contractor and this enables me to keep current when on the road. Thank you

My job requires me to move around a lot while staying current with emails. This app is so helpful when I need to know my schedule, read, or answer my emails while on the go.

This app crashes all the time. Dont buy it. There are better options.

Love the app but it freezes consistently, would like to see more color and sync for ios calendar would be a definite plus!

Background notification of emails does not work. The app does not stay running in the background, despite having the feature turned on. Whats the point of a mail app that doesnt notify you when you get a new message? Calendar notifications barely work either.

I made the switch from the stock iOS mail app after getting frustrated about having such difficult adding attachments and working with sub-folders. I have been able to solve both issues and much more using mail+ (for both iPad and iPhone). Bad: every once in a while, the app would encounter a hiccup (e.g. starting up when you have a very weak data signal) Good: the dev team is constantly working and getting the bugs worked out. They are open to suggestions and do a pretty good job of working in further improvements.

If I had none issues with this app would go on for so long without being addressed I would never have paid for it. The background refresh programming is screwed up; it causes the Touch ID prompt to come up every time you put the app in the background. It also causes the app to fail to download emails sometimes. You have to close and reopen the app for them to appear. Still no support for in-line images (I work for a technology company and we depend on screenshots).

This software bailed me out of a jam.

My employer blocks forwarding of Outlook email, so before having this app Id have to go through the login process several times a day to check mail on my iPhone or iPad. Now I get email notifications on both devices as well as on my Apple Watch. Im always plugged in. And no login is necessary, the app is always on.

Excellent app, the only one that works with my company,s outlook.

The app need to upgrade to the two step verification system where u can enter a code then it applies the password otherwise it will be just useless and will loose a lot of customers

Works well for the most part. Crashes every time you open an email from the search option. Also, doesnt do really well with opening attachments. Updates not released very often.

I have tried many different email apps and this was seems to work best for my work email (hosted on an exchange server). Works well on iPad and iPhone. Only issues are 1) it is sometimes slow to sync and 2) it cant run in the background so alerts are kind of useless. Im actually considering the latter issue a benefit as I dont jump 200 times a day to respond to an email.
