Mail+ for Outlook App Reviews

This is an updated review. I used to love this app for several reasons. Unfortunately about a year ago, it started crashing when searching emails and contacts, replying to messages, opening/attaching documents. Despite several emails to support, the issue has never been fixed and its making the app unusable. I just sent another email to support and their reply was "We hope to have this issue fixed eventually". Thats a less than ideal and desirable reply, especially for an app that costs $5. Im not sure why apple and/or the developer still have this app in the app store. Dont waste your time and your patience with this.

I am a die hard Outlook power user, and first, Ill say its beautiful and well thought out. Their heart is in the right place. I deleted 5 minutes after installing, and only imported one account. It was missing emails, no tasks, glitchy. 2 stars because I love Outlook and Microsoft.

I use it for quick email responses so its perfect for me using the iPhone

I use this to keep up with email when Im not physically at work. I havent used any of the other functions because they are not relevant to my job. For mail, it is excellent.

Only one star due to push isnt good and double notifications if any at all when thats working at all. Interface is good and easy to read but not enough to overcome other items and has to go through pea website instead of direct connect to exchange server

After all preset iPhone mail apps didnt work for me, I downloaded this app and in less than 30 seconds, I was up and running. Amazing.

Lets me stay on top of my work emails easily. Crashes too often, though. And will fail to fully download some messages.

Keeps crashing. I havent found an alternative app.

I get access to a secure mail server and push notifications on an account where I normally have to login to know whether I have any email...big productivity booster.

The easiest method to import your outlook emails from multiple accounts. Much better than the stock email app.

I have used this app for 16 months now and the app has worked reliably the entire time.

Good app, has some minor glitches but has better functionality then the other likable apps. Needs an update, fresh new updated display needed, dashboard is very outdated, need to fix minor glitches, app has potential to be a 5 if updated

I have used this app for over a year now. I love it. It allows me to use my email, calendar, and contacts on my mobile devices. It is the best app I have found to use Outlook. I have not had too many issues with it other than minor ones. For example I cannot edit a calendar entry on my mobile device. But since I am able to use the app as regularly as I do, this is a minor issue. I recommend it!

This app is great! I can access my work email from my phone. Easy to set up.

I have liked the ease in which I can stay connected to work while away from my desk computer. I have not had the issues with crashing on my iphone 5s or ipad pro even while looking up company contacts. However I dont do that very often. Mostly I use it to sync my work calendar with home calendar and keep up with whats transpired easily. It has been a life-saver! Also the calendar and away settings can be manipulated on the go, which is a plus

The app itself works great for Exchange. The notifications are inconsistent, though. Every other app that I have installed which I like having notifications from, notifies me promptly. For example, BBC News or NPR. PROMPT notifications. Mail+ seems to take a "meh, whenever" approach; sometimes you get prompt responses, sometimes you wait days. One workaround is to bring Mail+ to the forefront, which seems to unclog it, at least for the moment. Then youre back to "I wonder when itll notify me next" mode. Their support has been trying to work through this for at least the past 6 weeks, but all they do is avoid direct questions and find something else to blame it on. At least thats what the last few interactions have been like. Ive since switched to using another app for Exchange email (weeks ago) and its working great, including notifications.

Inbox and sub folders look nice but you dont always see them. Inbox font size is way 2 small. I keep mine showing 3 lines. Gray background is dirty looking not aesthetically pleasing and hard on the eyes. Sounds do not work. In theory the App made sense but I am not loving it!!

Helps me maintain multiple addresses and adds security. Great with calendar updates as well.
